IN CASE A COUNTRY WHICH WISHES TO ORGANISE A SENIOR OR JUNIOR EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS DOES NOT PAY THE 6.000 € BEFORE DECEMBER 31ST AT LEAST 2 YEARS IN ADVANCE, THEY WILL LOSE THE RIGHT TO ORGANISE THE EVENT.
LONG TERM PLANNING IS DONE FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS IN ADVANCE.
